By Gregorio BorgiaAugsburg have reportedly signed Borussia Dortmund star Lukas Poulsen from Borussia Monchenglads, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

The 24-year-old, who is expected to join the Bundesliga side in the summer, will join the German champions from Augsburg, who are set to make their Champions League debut in the competition this season.

The move comes after Augsburg agreed to a deal with Borussia-Parkerspor last summer and, although Poulson’s arrival was not yet confirmed, it is believed that the Germany international will be joining the club for the duration of his contract.

Poulsen, who spent last season on loan at Hoffenheim, has been on the move around the world, having spent his entire career in Germany.

In his first season in Dortmund, the 24-time German national team international scored 18 goals in 31 appearances.

Povolski will make his debut in his first Bundesliga match of the season against Borussia, after being included in the first XI for the first time last week.
