The Jets are reportedly shopping linebacker Shaq Lawson, a source told ESPN.

The team was reportedly interested in adding a pass rusher during the first round of the NFL draft.

Lawson, who is projected as the No. 13 overall pick, played in four games for the Jets last season and recorded 13 tackles, three sacks and two interceptions.

He is considered a developmental player.

The Jets have a handful of prospects vying for the starting job, with defensive end Leonard Williams and cornerback Malik Hooker competing for the job at defensive tackle.

They also have safety Jamal Adams, running back Leonard Fournette and tight end Jordan Matthews competing for backup duties.

The Browns are currently in the process of building a roster to compete for a playoff spot.
